Hi, I’m Allison - a certified coach and resilience guide for high achievers navigating chronic illness.

 

Why I Do This Work

 

For more than three decades, I’ve lived with autoimmune disease and learned what it means to pursue a meaningful life inside a body that often has different plans. I know the push-and-pull between ambition and limitation, the exhaustion of trying to “keep up,” and the emotional weight of feeling like you’re constantly negotiating with your own energy.

Before becoming a coach, I spent years creating change on a much larger scale. I developed and directed a local nonprofit, then joined a national advisory team, traveling the country to help communities design healthier environments and improve well-being. I raised over $3 million to bring these programs to life. On the outside, it looked like success. On the inside, my body was breaking down.

Working at that pace with chronic illness — and without the right tools — eventually pushed me into burnout. It wasn’t until I reached my own breaking point that I began to examine my patterns, question my pace, and finally seek the support I had spent so long offering to everyone else.

That turning point reshaped everything.

I learned to practice pacing, capacity mapping, nervous system regulation, meditative grounding, and sleep support — tools that helped me stop pushing past my limits and start creating a life that worked with my body instead of against it. These practices not only helped me heal; they refined my entire approach to coaching.

Today, I bring that lived experience together with my professional background — a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, 15 years of wellness coaching, and my certification as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) — to support high achievers who are ready to grow, thrive, and lead without sacrificing their health.

My coaching style is calming, insightful, validating, empowering, and deeply grounded in an understanding of chronic illness. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen in our work together — maybe for the first time. My goal is for every session to offer a shift, an insight, or a moment of grounding clarity. Each session becomes a building block for long-term transformation and sustainable improvement.

My greatest passion is helping people before they reach their breaking point — walking beside them as they rediscover their strength, honor their capacity, and step into a version of success that supports their body and their life.

Outside of coaching, I love to travel, ski, cook great food, and spend time with my family and friends — all things that nourish me and help me stay connected to what matters most.

I’m here to help you find a new way forward, one that honors both who you are and the body you live in.
