This 45-minute consultation is a supportive, no-pressure space for you to gain clarity about where you are, what you need, and how coaching can help you move forward with more confidence and ease. During this session, we will walk through the Wheel of Life, a simple but powerful tool that helps you visualize different areas of your life — such as health, work, relationships, energy, emotional well-being, routines, and personal growth. Together, we’ll identify the areas that feel most out of balance or most in need of support. From there, we’ll:-Explore what you want these areas of your life to look and feel like-Clarify potential goals that are meaningful, doable, and aligned with your values-Discuss the coaching pathways I offer and which level of support might best meet your needs This session is warm, grounded, and pressure-free. My goal is to help you get clarity on your needs and goals — and determine whether my coaching approach is a supportive fit for you.
